We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for a Junior Accountant. This role will be reporting to the Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer invoices and credit notes for multiple companies and currencies with proper tax applies.
Verify and audit pricing/discounts on customer invoices.
Maintain sales summary sheet daily.
Track, dispute, recover disputed items regularly.
Prepare and analyze AR aging reports on weekly basis and send out statement of accounts as needed.
Process payment receipts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Collect all shipping documents in a timely manner to support sales.
Assist with analysis of sales and related items when required.
Issue commercial invoices as directed.
Assist with other accounting duties and projects when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field.
Previous accounting experience is an asset.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Familiar to Quickbooks Enterprise Version.
Exceptional problem-solving ability.
Detail oriented and well organized.
