Job Overview
We are seeking a business focused Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a balance of accounting and interpersonal communication skills to add value to the roale.

Responsibilities
- Perform some daily aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct account analysis and assist in budgeting processes
- Utilize accounting and other soft ware to complete tasks
- Assist division managers with advice and administrative problem solving techniques
- Provide support in month end processes

Ability to work with administrative and operational staff
Experience in accounting
Able to improve methods and practices while guiding individuals through change constructively
Strong technology skills and ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Interpersonal skills that promote mutually beneficial and respectful professional relationships.
Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
Ability to adapt to and learn new software
Strong Communication skills
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
