Job Description:

Become the Backbone of Our Operations: Administrative Support.

Are you a master of organization, a wizard of efficiency, and a champion of seamless administrative support? If so, we have the perfect role for you as our Administrative Support.

In this pivotal position, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our department. Your exceptional administrative and clerical skills will be the key to relieving our managers and staff of time-consuming administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Coordinating messages, appointments, and information for callers
Maintaining meticulous file systems and department records
Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure productivity
Handling incoming and outgoing mail with the utmost care
Researching, compiling, and proofreading a variety of word processing assignments
Expertly operating our state-of-the-art automated office equipment

As the Administrative Support, you will have the opportunity to work across various functional areas of our company, gaining valuable cross-departmental experience and exposure.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Skills and Experience:

1-3 years of administrative support or related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Skilled in data entry, record-keeping, and file management
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Knowledge of general office equipment operation (e.g., copiers, scanners, printers)
Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $19.82 - $28.85 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
