Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Duties

Financial reporting and annual audit management
Cash and treasury management
Annual budget preparation
Human Resources oversight
Payroll Processing
Maintaining timely vendor payments
Generating customer invoices and diligent collections
Reviewing the operations’ tax compliance and reporting
Special projects as required by the Global Finance team
Maintain ASPE Accounting Standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
Proven experience in a senior accounting role
Strong technical accounting skills
Excellent understanding of financial principles and regulations
Payroll and WCB experience is a plus
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with good organizational and planning skills.
We are looking for a team player with a great attitude, knowledge of human resources processes and best practices would be an added benefit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Canadian Payroll: 2 years (required)
Accounting: 5 years (required)
