Job Overview:

As a Bookkeeper/payroll clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records for our organization. You will be responsible for managing accounts, processing payroll, reconciling bank statements, and utilizing various accounting software to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Duties:

- Utilize accounting software such as , Quickbooks, to record financial transactions

- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments

- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records

- Assist with account reconciliation and analysis to provide insights into financial performance

- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records

- Collaborate with the team to support financial reporting requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficiency in using Quickbooks accounting software

- Strong understanding of clerical and bookkeeping principles

- Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes

- Familiarity with accounts payable and account analysis

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
