Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office. Farsi language required

Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Assist with budgeting tasks and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate vendor management activities and ensure timely payments

Experience
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $17.79-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
