*Job Overview*

The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for activities in relation to data collection, creation and administration of the companies invoicing. Efficiently collecting information from the field activies, creating invoices to customers in a timely matter and preparing supporting documentation files for the same. The AR manager will oversee and execute the entire process from invoicing through payment.

*Duties*

Develop optimized processes for data collection from field to office for accurate and efficent invoicing.
Coordinating with field crews to collect information
Data entry from field data to compile invoice amounts
Creation of invoices and issue to customers
Creation of supporting back up files to accompany invoices
Document Management and filing
Reporting to clients as required
Enrusing receivables are paid on time, following up with clients on late payment if required.
Continuous improvements of office systems and processes for accurate invoicing and payment collections.

*Qualifications*

- Experiance in financial roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent data managment and entry

- Ability to build good relationships with clients

-Appropriate handling of sensitive information

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, Word, Outlook and Sage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills with a professional phone etiquette

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $20.27-$40.84 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Experience:

Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
