## Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting tasks and software, providing essential support to our office operations.

## Duties
- Regular bookkeeping for clients

-Regular payroll for clients
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Manage payroll functions efficiently
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks online for financial data entry and reporting
- Provide general clerical support including data entry, filing, and document preparation

-Completing data entry for tax returns

-answering phones

## Skills
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage payroll functions effectively

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with account analysis processes
