About Us:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Process accounts payable and receivable.

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.

- Assist with payroll processing and related records.

- Prepare and submit invoices to clients.

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

- Support the senior bookkeeper and accounting team with various administrative tasks.

- Handle other bookkeeping duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills.
