Responsibilities:
· Bi-weekly payroll, process applicable Government remittance including WSIB
· Accounts receivable, collection procedures
· Accounts payable, including cheque runs
· Bank reconciliation and deposits
· Invoicing and billing reconciliation
· Employee commission calculations
· Inventory control and reporting
· Government tax calculations and remittances
· Financial statement data input into systems, month end and year end procedures

Qualifications:
· Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable / receivable principles
· Good to great capabilities to analyze data and understand applicability
· CPA, or at a minimum, pursuing a CPA designation
· 5+ years’ experience in processing payroll
· High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
· Proficient with Quick Books Online and possibly other software
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (*this is a requirement for this position)
· Ability to work with a team
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a fractional role, to be assigned hours accordingly.
