Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Law Clerks and Lawyers
- Assist clients with inquiries
- Professionally answer and direct phone calls - Provide quotes and information to potential clients
- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front reception - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform general clerical duties

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced working environment
