**Job Title:** Bookkeeper

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and utilizing Quick Books Online software to ensure accurate financial reporting.

**Duties:**

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis

- Utilize QuickBooks accounting software for financial transactions

- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes

- Collaborate with the accounting team to support overall financial operations

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software

- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, CRA filing and bank reconciliation processes

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or similar position
