TOMCO Production Services Ltd. is looking to add to our growing team and fill a full-time EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE position at our head office in Rocky Mountain

House.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Price and Enter Field Tickets
Invoicing, entry in SAP, Open Invoice, Cortex, Field Glass and CDMS
Verify and submit payroll hours for field staff biweekly
Bank Reconciliation
Mastercard Reconciliation
Data entry in Sage
Reviewing Expense Reports and Fuel Logs
Booking hotels for field staff
Maintain general office administration duties, keeping the office in order

Requirements

Have minimum 2 years experience in full cycle Accounts Receivable
Possess an Administration Diploma or Degree (preferred)
Provide a positive and friendly environment for clientele either on the phone or in person
Distribute accurate and timely information to the team.
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to firm deadlines
Possess high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Have excellent data entry skills
Have strong computer skills in MS Office, Excel and Word.
Be able to work independently and with a team
Have strong verbal and written communication
Be organized
