```Duties```
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payments and collections.

-Process daily deposits ,apply cash and credit card payments .

- Full-Cycle accounting procedures from inventory purchase , stock in and sales , post and reconcile financing flooring accounts.

- Handle general accounting tasks , help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing .

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records accuracy and update accounting databases.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Support other departments with back up task as needed .

```Experience```

-Welcome new graduations.
- A diploma or degree in accounting , finance or related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational , Multi-Tasking and time management skill .
- Experience with dealership will be an assets , but not necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

-A background in Automotive business is an asset , but not mandatory
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role is an asset
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
