Duties and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documents Collection Specialist to support our clients in gathering essential documentation for immigration processes. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in document submission, thereby facilitating smooth and successful immigration applications.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients to collect required documents for various immigration applications.
Verify the authenticity and completeness of documents received.
Maintain organized records of collected documents in both physical and digital formats.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide guidance on document requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities.
Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations affecting document requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in document collection, preferably in a legal or immigration-related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
