Looking for a new graduate who is passionate meticulous and detail-oriented bookkeeper looking to start their career in the field of Additive Manufacturing and Automation? The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording all financial transactions of the company, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The role requires Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting QB online software.

Responsibilities:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks online accounting software.

- Reconcile bank statements, and credit cards, and ensure all transactions are properly documented.

- Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are within budgetary
limits.

- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Generate financial reports for management as required.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.

- Perform all purchasing tasks and set up suppliers as needed.

- Good knowledge of SOS Inventory Management Software is a bonus.

- Create shipping labels for FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and Purolator and call local carriers. A good understanding of customs clearance rules and required documentation for international shipments.

Job Requirements:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

- Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBooks. Online certified.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) would be a plus.

This role typically operates in an office environment. Regular working hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during peak periods. Requires interaction with clients and vendors.
