Responsibilities

Receive, review and verify invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
Enter and upload invoices into the system
Match invoices to purchase orders
Issue checks and manage all transfers
Maintain relationships with vendors
Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with site/ project coordinators
Enter company credit card charges and expenses
Other duties as required

Experience

Post secondary diploma or certificate in a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Previous Quickbooks experience is a strong asset
Coordination skills, ability to manage multiple tasks
Customer service oriented and strong interpersonal skills
Strong administration, computer and Microsoft Suite skills
