**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage to record financial transactions

- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation on a regular basis

- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes

- Support the preparation of financial statements

- Handle general clerical tasks related to bookkeeping

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Proficiency in accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage

- Strong understanding of account reconciliation and bank reconciliation procedures

- Solid knowledge of budgeting principles

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

- Familiarity with various accounting software programs like Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage

- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation efficiently
