Is looking to hire a Full Time office administrator. Position available immediately.

Hours include: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Customer management (including interacting with customers, building estimates and invoices and accounts receivable collection)
Inventory management (including ordering and receiving)
Production and Project Management (including coordinating third party contractors)
Facility management (ensuring the office is clean and presentable)

The team includes an office administrator, a graphics designer and one full-time and one part-time production employee.

Looking for an energetic, efficient, self-motivated, team focused and customer-oriented individual.

Experience with word, excel, outlook, and invoicing (such as open invoice) an asset. Training available for the right individual.
