We are seeking a reliable and organized office assistant to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will assist in:

Answering and directing phone calls
Maintaining a filing system
Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable
Providing additional support to our office team

Requirements

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (excel, word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant would be a plus
