Job Summary:
M&M Performance is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The main function of the Bookkeeper is to ensure proper accounting policies and procedures are followed at all times and to assist the company accountant.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accuracy and flow of paperwork daily.

- Report any discrepancies or inaccuracies directly to the General Manager.

- Compute accounting breakdown on deals.

- Compute salesman’s commission from deal breakdowns

- Match purchase orders with vendor invoices when needed.

- Match statements to invoices monthly when needed.

- Run payable checks monthly on computer for vendors when needed.

- Post all invoices, receipts, factory accounts payable, deals, new vehicles in computer daily.

- Insure all contracts are sent to finance companies promptly.

- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager which are deemed necessary.

- Review and reconcile all factory statements monthly.

- Review all customer rebates for accuracy when deals are turned in.

- Input deliveries, rebates, vehicle orders, preferences into computer system daily.

- Manage office operations and procedures, including filing systems.

- Process accounts receivable and assist with bank reconciliation

- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed

- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Assist with tax preparation and filing

Skills:
- Proven experience as an Bookkeeper or similar administrative role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Previous experience with CDK Global Dealership Management Software (Lightspeed).
