Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in various accounting functions and software, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of year end financial statement and corporate tax returns

- Preparation of Compilation engagement, Review engagement and limited Audit engagements

- Preparation of T4 and T5 including supplementaries
- Preparation of T1 personal tax returns

- Tax planning as required for clients

- Directly dealing with client's and addressing any items required by the client

- Estate planning considerations

Experience:

- Completed Chartered Professional Accounting designation
- Proficient in Caseware, Doc.it, Jazz-it, Profile, Quickbooks desktop and online are all assets

- Public accounting firm experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
