Full Time Position.

You will be assisting the top producing agents on our team –

Type offers, waivers and amendments as needed -

Social Media Postings -

Helping prepare for Open Houses –

CRM/Database Management -

Booking appointments for the agents –

Preparing MLS prospect search criteria & CMA's -

Preparing and reviewing lots of paperwork -

Call and get feedback from showings and enter into agent office -

Keep agents informed of feedback -

Prepare paperwork such as CMAs, offers, amendments, agency forms, waivers, letters, etc -

Install lockboxes and remove as needed -

Keep files for agents in file cabinet -

Prepare cancel/ relist package for agents -

Update contact information for past clients on CRM -

Communicate daily to see what can be done to help -

Obtain Written Testimonials for google review from all clients – where required -

Generate mailing list of all contacts who are to receive monthly newsletter -

We are looking for you if: -

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Team/Office or Real Estate Brokerage Office Administration/Support

You are local candidate that can reliably commute to work each day.

You are willing to learn and enjoy supporting team.

You are efficient with Microsoft Office –

Solid written and verbal communication skills -

Fluent in English -

Social Media Knowledge -

Very organized & punctual –

Excellent at dealing with customers daily –
