**Job Overview:**

**Duties:**

- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies

- Process accounts receivable transactions using accounting software in Sage

- Handle accounts payable duties as needed

- Communicate with clients to negotiate payment terms and resolve billing issues

- Conduct account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in accounting software like Sage

- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes

- Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately

- Excellent phone etiquette for client communication

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for account analysis

- Experience in negotiating payment terms with clients
