Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct account reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
- Utilize accounting QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with the senior management and external accounting team to support financial operations

Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with payroll processing and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk is advantageous
