Double D Bobcat Services & Contracting Ltd., is looking for a qualified, experienced applicant to fill our Accounts Receivable & Payroll Administrator role. Our projects vary in size and complexity, offering great opportunities for capable personnel who want responsibilities and a chance to see project execution in diverse conditions.

Accounts Receivable & Payroll Administrator essential knowledge base:

Experienced with Sage 50 Simply Accounting,
Accurate processing of Client invoices & job costing
Semi-monthly payroll processing & Direct Deposit for all employees

Requirements:

Accounting certificate/ diploma would be considered an asset
Minimum 3 years’ of computerized bookkeeping, payroll and accounts receivable experience is required
Excellent verbal skills to interact knowledgeably and diplomatically at all levels
Proficient with Microsoft Office Program
Demonstrates the utmost professionalism in dealing with confidential matters
Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi task a variety of projects under pressure and tight deadlines
