Aqua-Coast Engineering is looking for an Accounts Receivable clerk, with payroll and bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Receivable, possess excellent organizational and attention to detail skills, and has used Sage accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:
Processing 200-300 detailed invoices each month,
process clients payments,
Proactively monitor and follow up on overdue accounts,
implementing collection strategies as needed to minimize outstanding balances.
Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and taxes.
Process other bookkeeping duties.
Support the finance department in month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts receivable clerk and bookkeeper or similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy along with problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
