General Functions

· Process invoices and expenses

· Acquire all necessary approvals and backup information

· Print and file accounts payable cheque runs

· Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries

· Process payroll

· Reception/front duties

· Other office administration duties as required

Qualifications

· Knowledge of accounts payable and payroll

· Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information

· Ability to work in a high volume; fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in MS Office and Sage Accounting

Experience

· Minimum 1 year office experience required

This is a full-time permanent position. The wage is commensurate with experience: range $23 to $26.00/hr. Following the 90-working day probationary period, a competitive benefits package will be offered which includes medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D, and RRSP.
