The Opportunity .

We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our national Finance team in Toronto.

The successful candidate will be a great team player who is detail-oriented, organized, has the ability to multitask and doesn’t mind repetitive duties.

Responsibilities .

Process and apply daily cash receipts
Reconcile and resolve unapplied cash amounts
Assist with full-cycle trust accounting and reporting
Liaise with internal clients regarding Trust enquiries and reconciliations
Other duties necessary to support the Finance team, as assigned

Qualifications, Competencies And Experience .

College Diploma or University degree in Accounting or Finance
3 years’ of experience in a clerical accounting role in professional services environment
Experience in Aderant or similar accounting system is an asset
Advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and proactive
