Harris Computer Systems is seeking a Account Receivable (AR) Representative to work closely with fellow AR staff in providing accounts receivable support for the division.

As an Account Receivable Representative, you will be working in the US Health Care group along with a team of highly motivated individuals who are engaged in continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone that is resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.

What your impact will be:

Proactively communicating to Business Units on problem accounts
Working with Financial Analysts and Business Units to resolve customer billing issues
Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
Preparing information required for the month-end, quarter-end, year-end and financial audit reports when required and providing the information to team members in a professional manner
Preparing monthly invoicing reports
Reconciling other accounts as needed/required
Ad Hoc projects as needed

What we looking for:

2+ years of relevant work experience an asset
Post-secondary education with relevant degree/diploma
Experience with Great Plains an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy
