Job Summary
We have an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerkto join our finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the position is primarily responsible for typical accounts payable tasks as well as office administration. Day to day you will ensure efficient and timely processing of payable invoices and will assist with other aspects in the finance and office department as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Matching vendor invoices to purchase orders
- Data entry
- Filing
- Monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Reconciling vendor accounts and flagging discrepancies
- Reception coverage
- Maintaining office supplies
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
