Core Responsibilities:
As Corporate Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Execute all aspects of full-cycle accounting, from transaction processing and reconciliations to financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Month-End Close: Ensure accurate and timely completion of the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger accounts and intercompany balances, and calculation of accruals.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the creation of accurate financial statements, contributing to a seamless reporting process.
- Budget Support: Provide assistance in preparing detailed and accurate corporate budgets, aligning with strategic financial goals.
- Treasury Support: Contribute to treasury functions by providing accurate data and ensuring efficient financial operations.
- Operational Division Assistance: Offer proactive support to operating divisions, adapting to varying needs and priorities.
- Accounting Knowledge Application: Apply strong accounting expertise to support business needs and ensure compliance with relevant financial standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA designation or progress toward completion (preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with full-cycle accounting expertise
- Proficient in month-end closing, intercompany account management, and reconciliations
- Experience in medium to large organizations with multiple divisions
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
