Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing the semi-monthly payroll processes for 500+ hourly employees.
Responsibilities

Managing end to end payroll processes and operations for the organization using payroll software

Experience working in a fast paced environment with hourly employees

Responsible for overseeing new hire onboarding and terminations.

Ability to create and maintain efficient payroll processes to ensure all deadlines are met.

Ensuring federal and provincial legislation is always adhered too.

Compliance responsibilities such as preforming necessary payroll and benefit audits
Qualifications

Experience working in Manufacturing

Strong Excel Skills

Hands on experience maintaining various payroll systems

Familiarity with payroll software such as Quickbooks, ADP. Dayforce etc).
