- Key Responsibilities: TRUCKING COMPANY EXPERIENCE
- Accounts Receivable:
- Manage and monitor incoming payments.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Accounts Payable:
- Process and record invoices.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Payroll Management:
- Calculate and prepare salary statements for drivers based on miles driven.
- Manage payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
- Handle payroll-related queries and issues.
- Workers' Compensation:
- Manage WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) and WCB (Workers' Compensation Board) claims and records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and filing requirements.
- QuickBooks Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
- Enter and process invoices.
- Generate financial reports as needed.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local financial regulations.
- Maintain organized and thorough financial records.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
