Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate finance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
- Experience with bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
