Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: Markham 3-4 x onsite
System: ADP WFN
Our client is actively looking to add an experienced end to end payroll professional to the organization to lead process for 150+ multi-site employees.
This is a growing organization and ag reat opportunity for a knowldegeable and experienced payroll expert looking fir that next step in their career.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Overseeing payroll and benefits for 150+ hourly and salaried employees in ON
- ON provincial and legislative compliance practices
- payroll auditing, remittances and reconiclations, handling payroll reports each cycle
- 2-3 unions within the organization, knoweldge of the unionized space is an asset.
- ADP WFN systems experience is an asset
- ability to work alongside finance and hr to support all aspects of the payroll cycle
- strong communicator cofmrotable speaking with all levels of employees
- Year end payroll epxerience
- PCP or PLP certification is an asset.
