We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in bookkeeping software. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Duties
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of bank statements against company records.
- Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, account analysis, and payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with external accountants during tax preparation and other financial audits as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software in QuickBooks desktop is essential.
- Experience with payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members when necessary.
