Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of QuickBooks Online, be responsible for creating accurate and timely financial statements, and collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure efficient accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, ensuring all transactions are up to date.
- Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, working with sales and account management staff to ensure timely collections.
- Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of accounting processes and best practices.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial records.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance, as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data.
Qualifications:
• HubSpot experience is a bonus
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and account management teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• High proficiency in google sheets or excel
