Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in timeliness of accounting cycles (AR/AP entering, processing, collections)
- Responsible for month-end processes to ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Implement and foster the adoption of growth strategies as they relate to the administrative team. Ie, Professional Development, Morale/ motivation, customer service and other soft skills.,
- Payroll support and Human Resources leadership
o This may include processing, reviewing, and verifying payroll for two companies
- Aiding with onboarding new employees including setting up their payroll, basic training, making appropriate onboarding documents available to new hires, ensuring complete and accurate completion of onboarding documents
- Direct management of administrative staff
- Guide junior staff concerning prioritizing and completion of workflow.
- Collaborate with senior management on projects and initiatives.
- Review company policies for gaps, research possible improvements, and present to senior management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Additional tasks as determined by senior management
