Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents and files.
- Assist with correspondence and communication.
- Front line reception for telephone and in office inquiries.
- Handle data/order entry and maintain databases.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks.
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with procurement and freight coordination.
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in accounting/finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Familiar with accounting software (eg QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
