Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Coordinate vendor management activities and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Maintain organizational systems to ensure smooth office operations
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Familiarity with phone systems and vendor management practices
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
