The preferred candidate will have the following qualities/experience:.
- Minimum One year of experience as an administrative in a physiotherapy medical clinic setting. This includes experience using different portals for billing eclaims for MVA, WSIB, Extended Health care, EHC coverage through Telus Health Claim Portal, and other extended health care portals. Experience working directly with Quickbooks or a similar accounting software in addition to our electronic report filing software "Antibex Universal" would be an asset.
- Regular administrative duties including booking clients, billing, answering phones, ordering supplies, keeping track of inventory etc., and assisting with social media posts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to manage practice operations to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals, revenues, cash and accounts receivable.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable, and collections will be an additional asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
