*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively manage office operations. *Duties* - Manage front desk activities including answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Oversee clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management - Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records - Assist with human resources functions including onboarding and employee relations - Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory *Qualifications* - Proficient in QuickBooks for financial record keeping - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Experience in clerical duties and office administration - Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus - Previous experience in team management or supervisory roles preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
