HVAC Service and Electrical Contracting company looking for a full time Receptionist/Administrator. Duties include: - Answering phone and email - Processing purchase invoices and generating bills - Accounts receivable and payables - Ordering and receiving products - Scheduling. Must have strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working alone. Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Quickbooks online required.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
