We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented office administration/bookkeeper to manage our accounting needs.
Job requires the following:
- answering all emails and phone calls
- greeting clients as they come in in the showroom
- Making sure the showroom is tidy and inviting
- Creating invoices, quotes and contracts for all clients
- ordering products for clients
- Must have QuickBooks experience, knowing how to operate the system very well
- must have expeience working in woodworking factory
- Weekly payroll for all employees
- paying bills
- checking bank statement
- Organizing and managing the office
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and other office programs
- Managing all social Media acounts and marketing needs
- Organizing projects in terms of delivery dates and service calls
- Punctual
- Perfect English, Speaking, Reading and Writing
- Office working experience for a minimum of 5 years is required
- Able to read blue prints and measurements
- Advanced in excel
