The HR/Payroll Data Entry Clerk a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our client's data management processes. You are someone who has a great sense of humor, high attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.
This position is 100% on-site, 4 weeks initially, in downtown Calgary, AB
Responsibilities :
- Entering customer and account data from source documents (HR/Payroll onboarding data)
- Data Entry and Data Managing on the system (Excel).
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Collate, organize, and capture data into digital databases.
- Working on other tasks, including HR screening, preparing job offers, or other tasks, as assigned.
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
