Accountant/Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. The Ideal candidate is familiar with accounting software packages used in the industry.

- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Managing Bank Reconciliations and payroll processing

- SAGE (or QuickBooks) and Excel knowledge are mandatory
Requirements
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data Entry skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
- Proficiency in English and MS Office/Sage/QuickBooks
- Ability to work on their own as well as part of the team
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Minimum of 5 years of Bookkeeping experience
