Job Description
We are a fast expanding business that has an opening for a full-time bookkeeper / office administrator. This is a 40-hour per week, 5 days a week position, Monday through Saturday 9 AM – 5:30 PM. There is no overtime required, however the job requires working on a Saturday in lieu of a weekday.
The minimum requirements to apply for the position are:
- 2 years office administrative experience
- Bookkeeping experience an asset
- Excellent communication oral & written in English
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Strong organizational skills and good time-management
- Punctual with a great work ethic
- Able to work well with other employees, team player
- Pleasant telephone personality
- Self starter
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls
- Making outbound scheduling calls
- Customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Organizing technician routes
- Processing customer payments
- Filing & Data Entry
- Multi-line phone experience is a plus, but not required
- Manage Vehicle Fleet - check cleanliness & organization of technician vehicles
- Processing technician paperwork
- Preparing service proposals
- Drafting blog / social media posts
- Packing Orders
- And more as required

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
