HireLoft Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of a leading real estate companies to find an Accounting Clerk to join their growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchase order processing and coding invoices.
- Support the preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with GST/HST filings and other compliance-related tasks.
- Provide administrative support for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Help ensure the smooth operation of daily accounting tasks and contribute to month-end close activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, with knowledge of basic accounting processes.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
