Job Description:
· Handle daily financial tasks for the company, including expense reimbursement, bill review, invoicing, and account management.
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and analyze financial data.
· Assist in the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and reports, and monitor budget performance.
· Undertake designated accounting responsibilities, including filing, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
· Timely verification of vendor bills and accurate invoice entry for clients to ensure invoice timeliness and accuracy.
· Reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers, promptly resolving billing issues.
· Ensure the timely and accurate collection of payroll-related activities.
· Responsible for collecting, managing, and securing various financial documents and archives.
· Assist with internal administrative tasks within the department.
· Maintain the accuracy of the company’s financial system, ensuring that all financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
· Complete other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of financial work experience; experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software and QuickBooks, with strong data analysis skills.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive to accuracy.
· Knowledge of Canadian and international financial regulations, with a good sense of financial risk control.
· Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
